Policies-In-Force

You will see policies billed by TDIC Insurance Solutions or TDIC. If you need to update any of the information about your policy (i.e. benefits, dependants, etc.) please click on the forms link next to the policy name. Or, if you would prefer, call our service department at 800.733.0633 and we will send the correct form to you. 

If your policy is under a partnership or corporate name and your policy is not listed in the Policies-In-Force table, you may contact TDIC Insurance Solutions directly to inquire about your policy status at insuranceinfo@cda.org or call us at 800.733.0633.
